The Spartanburg Regional History Museum Presents Mr. Andrew Brunk on August 26

An Asheville, North Carolina native, Andrew has worked as a museum curator, a dealer, and as an auctioneer, and has published widely in the field. He received his Master's degree from the Winterthur Program in Early American Culture in Delaware, and was an assistant curator at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

From Philadelphia he moved back to New York, to serve as the head of the American Furniture department at Christie's. He returned to Asheville in 2005, to rejoin Brunk Auctions, and lives here with his wife Lauren, sons Logan and Ellis and daughter Stella. Andrew can speak on many topics, from museum collection care, to antiques and auctions. Come on out and hear Andrew and ask your questions as well.

The Regional History Museum has a rotating exhibit space that offers changing exhibits every two to three months, so there is always something new to see. Here are upcoming rotating exhibits. (Exhibits are subject to change. Please call 864-596-3501.)
