![]() Music on Main will begin its spring schedule on April 1, 2004, with retro band Stone Cold Fox. The spring schedule will continue through May 27, 2004, with the following lineup. The series will then take a break from the summer heat, and start up again in August for the fall series.

May 6 Stick Boy (modern rock) Music on Main has taken the lead as �the� great place to gather with family and friends after a long day at work. Denny�s Plaza, with its cool fountains and the wide expanse of fresh, green lawns, is the perfect venue to blow off steam, let the kids run around and enjoy a casual dinner or a drink while listening to some toe-tapping live music. Not only is Music on Main a fun event for all who attend, it also provides a service to the community by allowing various civic organizations to provide the manpower necessary to staff these events and use the funds generated for their many charitable projects. Food and beverage vendors are on hand each night of Music on Main. Alcoholic beverages are available, but must be purchased with beverage tickets after the purchase of a $1 wristband and ID has been checked. All other food and drink options may be purchased with cash. BellSouth FastAccess Music on Main is also sponsored in part by Denny�s Corporation, Palmetto Soundworks, Budweiser of Spartanburg, Spartanburg Coca-Cola, The Spartanburg Herald Journal, and WROQ. Music on Main runs from 6-9 PM, Denny�s Plaza, downtown Spartanburg. East Main Street is blocked off to traffic during the hours of Music on Main. Organizers request that pets be left at home. Parking is available at various lots throughout the area.
