WSPA News Channel 7, the Spartanburg Herald-Journal and the Spartanburg County Foundation will present a community town hall meeting, hosted by Wofford.
The meeting will be on Monday, March 11th at 7:00 pm at the Leonard Auditorium, Main Building.
Panel participants will be Tony Fisher, director of public safety for the City of Spartanburg; Dr. Ellen Goldey, William R. Kenan Jr. Professor and chair of the Department of Biology at Wofford; Jeffrey A. Horton, chairman of Spartanburg County Council; Dr. Jim Ray, superintendent of Spartanburg School District Three; Renee Romberger, vice president for community health policy and strategy for Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System; Junie White, mayor of the city of Spartanburg; and Sheriff Chuck Wright of the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office.
Topics will cover crime, health care, roads and bridges, and education.
