The Santaland Diaries Return to Hub-Bub

The Spartanburg Little Theatre’s Fringe Series and HUB-BUB team up for a reprise of the immensely popular one man show The Santaland Diaries at The Showroom at Hub-Bub.

Performances are on Dec. 5, 6, 11, 12, and 13 at 8 p.m.

Featuring Jay Coffman, the Executive Artistic Director for The Spartanburg Little Theatre, this cult Christmas comedy is the perfect antidote for those overwhelmed by the relentless cheeriness of the holiday season.

Adapted by Joe Mantello, The Santaland Diaries chronicles the real-life observations of renowned NPR commentator and humorist David Sedaris, as he encounters crazed Santas, obnoxious parents, and queasy children while working his first New York job – as one of Santa’s elves in Macy’s Santaland. A seriously funny adult comedy with some adult language

The Santaland Diaries is not meant for those under the age of 16.

Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door.
