Join Spartanburg County Historical Association and local exploration company Explore Up Close for a fun and informative trip to SC’s legendary Dark Corner.
There, we’ll meet local guide and storyteller Dean Campbell (featured at SCHA’s Lunch & Learn on June 27). Dean will show us unique sites and tell stories on location in the Dark Corner.
Afterward, we’ll enjoy lunch in the area (included) and a lovely drive through the horse farm and wine country of northern Spartanburg County before returning to Spartanburg.
The departure will be at 9:00 am on August 27th, from the Chapman Cultural Center. The return will be by 4:00 pm.
Price: $75 / person (includes van transportation*, all touring, delicious lunch at a local restaurant)
*Van travel will allow us to visit sites with Dean Campbell that can’t by visited by bus.
