Construction on two crucial parts of the Nortside Initiative is moving forward, as both the healthy food hub (recently dubbed Harvest Park) and the Brawley Street Model Block are taking shape.
Once completed, Harvest Park will serve as home for Hub City Farmers’ Market, providing a new space for HCFM’s Saturday market and a cafe and large urban farm.
The Brawley Street Model Block will include six, two-unit townhomes, which will be targeted for sale to first-time homebuyers who have successfully transitioned out of public or subsidized housing.
